Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Cheldrop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Who we are

Cheldrop is a brand name owned by Chris K. N. Consulting as, a company registered in Norway (Org.nr. NO 912 160 475 MVA), Saltboveien 25, 1560 Larkollen, Norway. References to “we”, “us”, or “Cheldrop” in these terms refer to Chris K. N. Consulting as.

The software

Cheldrop is a desktop application for Mac and Windows that helps you publish files to your own Cloudflare account. We do not host your files. Everything you publish goes directly to infrastructure you own and control.

License

Purchasing Cheldrop grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your own computers. The license may not be resold or sublicensed. The free tier may be used indefinitely. The Business Class upgrade includes software updates for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Payments

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for all Cheldrop sales. By completing a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service. Pricing is listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with local regulations.

Acceptable use

You may use Cheldrop only for lawful purposes. We are not responsible for the content you publish using Cheldrop. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the software and the content you publish comply with applicable laws and with Cloudflare’s terms of service.

Third-party services

Cheldrop is designed to work with Cloudflare’s services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Cloudflare, Inc. Your use of Cloudflare is governed by Cloudflare’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for any changes to Cloudflare’s APIs, pricing, or terms that may affect how Cheldrop works.

No warranty

Cheldrop is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will work without interruption or error, that it will be compatible with every configuration, or that any particular feature will remain available in future versions. Use of the software is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chris K. N. Consulting as shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cheldrop — including but not limited to data loss, publishing failures, or Cloudflare service outages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Cheldrop shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

Intellectual property

Cheldrop and all associated materials — including the name, logo, and software code — are the property of Chris K. N. Consulting as. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software except as permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
