Refund Policy
Cheldrop has a free tier that gives a complete picture of how the app works before you buy. We think that’s the best way to earn your trust. If you do purchase Business Class and it isn’t right for you, here’s how refunds work.
Within 14 days — full refund, no questions asked
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no explanation needed. This is in line with Norwegian and EU consumer law for digital purchases.
14 days to 12 months — considered individually
Beyond 14 days, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. We’ll typically approve requests that appear sincere — for example, if the software genuinely didn’t work for your use case, or if circumstances changed. We won’t approve requests that appear purely opportunistic, such as requesting a refund long after active use. If you’re unsure whether your situation qualifies, just ask.
More than 12 months — no refunds
After 12 months we are no longer able to offer refunds. The Business Class upgrade includes 12 months of updates, and that period will have passed.
How to request a refund
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number or the email address used for purchase. Please do not open a dispute directly with your payment provider before contacting us — we’d like the opportunity to resolve it first.
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Once approved, processing time depends on your payment method and bank.
